1. Online Store:

Items available in our online store are in stock and ready to ship within 3-5 business days using USPS Priority Mail after payment processing, which may take up to 3 business days.

2. Preorders:

Preorders are considered no-rush shipping orders. These items may take 6-8 weeks to arrive, depending on your selection, as they come from our international suppliers. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the item before shipping it to you.

The Diamond Trove is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt, provided items are in original      condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please read through our Returns and Refund Policy before proceeding with the order.
