Order Types & Shipping Timeframes
1. Online Store Orders
- Processing Time: All in-stock items from our online store are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
- Shipping Time: Once your payment is processed, your order will ship within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS.
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate shipping fee of $11 is charged for all domestic orders within the United States.
2. Preorders
- Preordered items are custom or special orders and are considered no-rush shipping.
- Processing Time: Preordered items may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery. This timeframe includes sourcing, manufacturing (if applicable), and shipment.
- Some items may require customization or special ordering, which can cause delays.
- Inspection & Shipping: Once we receive your preorder items, we will carefully inspect them before shipping. Preordered items will not ship until full payment has been received.
Payment Policy
- We will only ship items after full payment has been received. If there are any issues with payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve them.
Shipping From Multiple Locations
- Some items in your order may ship from different locations, such as our Colorado location or our supplier in California.
- Multiple Packages: If your order contains items that ship from both Colorado and California, we will ship them in separate packages.
- Shipping Fee: You will only pay 1 flat rate shipping fee of $11 for your entire order, as long as we are using the same shipping carrier, USPS. No additional shipping charges will apply for orders shipping from multiple locations.
Shipping Carrier & Preferences
- We primarily use USPS for shipping within the U.S.
- If you prefer a different carrier (such as UPS or FedEx), please let us know before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though please note that any changes to the carrier may result in an adjustment to the shipping fee.
- Customer Responsibility: If you choose an alternate carrier, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that may apply.
Shipping Delays
- The Diamond Trove is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and any delays or issues with delivery must be addressed directly with them.
- Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons (holidays, weather disruptions, etc.).
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up to date. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
International Orders
- At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S. and are interested in an order, please contact us directly, and we will explore potential solutions.
